Ayurvedagram! A place where you can unwind, relax and heal. I have been there twice and plan to go every year. Both our daughters have been there too. You are welcomed warmly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is Satvic and tasty and more importantly the treatments are great. My personal doctor was Harsha Nair and she took care of me and we bonded instantly. The charges are very nominal for a place like that and I would recommend it without any hesitation.

Ayurvedagram is set in a wonderful location with lots of trees and old kerala style architecture. Just walking around feels relaxing. But more importantly, Dr Harsha did a very thorough check up and recommended a range of treatments, all of which were quite beneficial to me. The food is excellent as well with some very tasty and unique dishes thanks to the Chef, Mr Prince who also took a great cooking session. I highly recommend it.

My stay at Ayurvedagram was merely amazing and helpful in restoring consciousness to respect your body, your health, your mind and your environment. The benefits I received at the end of my Ayurvedic treatment went beyond my expectations. Dr Harsha is deeply involved in following her patients, as well as therapists wich apply specific treatments studied just for your pathology or need, with impressive professionalism. I loved everything about my stay at Ayurvedagram and will definitely be returning next year. I stayed for 19 days Panchakarma and felt my wellness increase the moment I arrived into the peaceful grounds and was greeted by the amazing people who looked after me. I thoroughly recommend Ayurvedagram to anyone looking for Panchakarma treatment or just a few days or long weekend in a totally beautiful and relaxing place.

I was in Ayurvedagram for two weeks in August (2023). I had the opportunity to take classes with Anjali on yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, both in a group setting and also individually in private sessions. The overall experience from these classes was very constructive! Anjali has very skillful style of teaching. She is very attuned to what capacity you have in doing asanas and accordingly she paces the sessions. She pushed me hard but to the extent of what was within my body’s reach. She was very attentive to how you are holding a pose and accordingly made very helpful corrections. My body has become much more flexible and my ability to do asanas has improved in a marked way. I have also gotten much better with breath coordination while doing asanas. I found the methods and techniques, which Anjali employed to teach Pranayama and Meditation, to be very effective. I feel that my breathing has become smoother and deeper and was I able to achieve profound moments of quietude. I have done some yoga practices in the past and have been exposed to multiple instructors. Anjali’s guidance turned out to be the most satisfactory for me. Anjali possesses very extensive knowledge about different aspects of yoga. What I learnt from her has brought a deep sense of contentment of having taken a considerable stride forward which would be very significant for making further progress in the practice of yoga. Anjali is also very friendly, approachable and full of wonderful dynamism. I truly loved learning from Anjali! My overall experience at Ayurvedagram was amazing! The ambience of the place is very lovely with lots of greenery, with the presence of birds, turtles, ducks etc. The doctors are great - very caring, patient and highly perceptive to the conditions of the body and the mind. The staff is very polite and considerate too. I had a very fruitful time at Ayurvedagram; it is a perfect place for healing and self-grounding!
